Moore Blatch advises the shareholders of FMP Motor Factors on their sale to Alliance Automotive Group

Moore Blatch has advised the shareholders of FMP Motor Factors on their sale to Alliance Automotive Group (AAG) for an undisclosed sum.

A member of the Groupauto distribution Network, FMP Motor Factors employs some 70 staff from 4 branches in South Wales. The deal provides further acquisitive expansion for AAG, a leading distributor of passenger and commercial vehicle parts to the independent automotive aftermarket in Europe.

Neil Melmoth, principal shareholder of FMP Motor Factors commented: “A BIG thankyou to Jeremy, Kirsty, Samantha, Sadia and Stephanie for all your help and guidance in this sale, and for getting it over the line on time”.
