Moore Blatch advises Jim Barker Motor Factor Limited on its sale to Alliance Automotive UK Limited

Moore Blatch has acted for the shareholders of Jim Barker Motor Factor Limited on the sale of the entire issued share capital of the company to Alliance Automotive Group UK Limited.

Jim Barker is a single site light vehicle parts distributor based in Widnes with sales of c£2million and employs approximately 19 people. Graeme Read, shareholder and co-owner of Jim Barker, commented: “We have never sold a business before and we’re delighted with the support and guidance provided by Jeremy Over, Stacey Browne and Moore Blatch’s wider employment and real estate teams”. Read continued: “The whole process has undoubtedly been made easier by having such professional people working on our behalf”.
