Moore Blatch solicitors appoints new partner in real estate

Moore Blatch has appointed Lee Edwards as a new partner specialising in commercial property. Lee joins from Irwin Mitchell’s Southampton office.

Based in Southampton, Lee brings over 20 years of legal experience in all aspects of commercial property including planning and land development with clients including clearing banks and developers.

Lee also has particular experience in the area of development funding, acting for a large range of both borrower and lender clients, with typical deal sizes ranging in value from £2m - £50m.
