Young boy sustained a significant brain injury

We are acting for the family of a young boy who sustained a significant brain injury as a result of a compound skull fracture requiring excision of a significant component of his left frontal lobe. Since then our client has also suffered from epileptic fits. He also has significant learning and behavioral problems as a result of the injuries sustained. A full admission of liability has been secured from the third party insurers. Rehabilitation is now being undertaken.
