Success in court means husband has to share assets

We acted for a wife divorcing her husband, who was a retired royal navy officer. Prior to instructing us, the couple had attempted mediation, but the process had failed as the husband did not accept the need to share the assets, including his royal navy pension, with his wife. We advised the wife on what we believed to be an achievable settlement and initiated court proceedings. The wife achieved the whole of the order sought.
