Serious Injury damages paid in Health and Safety case: R -v- Blackmore, Rok Build & Others

Rok Build was fined £175,000 plus costs and Blackmore fined £5,000 for allowing unsupervised and unqualified employees to use construction vehicles, which resulted in a young man being rendered paraplegic.
