Accident at work

Our client was at work when she sat down on her office chair. The chair collapsed and she fell to the floor. As a result of the accident she fractured her coccyx, leaving her in excruciating pain. Our client has recently undergone surgery to remove a floating piece of her coccyx, but at the age of 40, she will be left with permanent pain and discomfort which has had and will have a detrimental effect upon her ability to carry out household activities and has prevented her from working on a full-time basis.
