Moore Blatch acted for a client, who was employed as a carpenter. He attended a site at Richmond Hill to install a cold room. In the course of unloading materials from a flatbed lorry he fell and sustained personal injury as a consequence of his employer, using incorrect ratchet straps to secure the load.

He sustained a serious injury to his knee ultimately requiring anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. Moore Blatch instructed a leading medical expert to provide medical evidence in support of the client’s injury, and to maximise his compensation.

We were able to demonstrate that the client’s knee would remain vulnerable in the long term and on this basis Moore Blatch were able to win the client £200,000 in work accident compensation.
